When you think of Cargill, grain and other agricultural commodities usually come to mind. And for good reason. As the largest privately held company in America, they have spent the last 150 years in food production and distribution. But what’s less familiar to most is the role digital innovation plays in Cargill’s mission to nourish the world. The Innovation For A Thriving World website was created to merchandise all the Cargill technology that makes their mission possible.
What started as a business-to-business site made its way to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The platform served as the storytelling mechanism for executives as they presented solutions for the world’s growing food needs.
